Food Menu

Our Food Menu  made by the innovate technique similarly to what we making wedding album. The inside of menu will be inserted by Pet or PVC in order to strengthening the menu. Therefore, the menu will not be bent , fold or thorn apart.
Every page is UV coated, hence, the material is ideally water resistant and there is 2 choice of UV coated, Matt or Gloss.

 

Production process.

When finishing design, customers could send their finished artwork, or we will do artwork after customers sending photo to us. After artwork has been done, it would be sent through E-mail for approval, editing can be done twice.

After artwork has been approved, it would be printed on the premium quality photo paper by HP designjet Z2100 or HP designjet 3100 with 1200 dpi . In case, you need the fine work from minilab, we will operate accordingly.

Once the photo is printed, it must be coated with UV vanish in order to make it water and crash proof. After that it would be fold and binding  by inserting with PET or PVC stick help strengthening the book. The glue from PET stick must be cured and stick onto the book by oven machine, with no worry for glue melting since the glue will be melt if only the temperature up to 100 degree celcius which would not be the case for ambient temperature.
